We’ll review all the documents together to ensure you understand everything before signing. I’ll point out any red flags and ensure you’re compliant with state and federal disclosures. My goal is to guide you through the transaction in a way that maximizes your profit while minimizing liability.

I'll provide a detailed breakdown of the numbers, share my marketing plan, offer all the essential information, and answer any questions you have.

 

 

 

DECISION

In the end, you will have the chance to decide whether to sell your property. If you decide to proceed and choose me as your agent, we can enter into an exclusive listing agreement. From there, I'll create a personalized marketing strategy to highlight your property and attract the perfect buyer. I'm here to make this process smooth and enjoyable for you!
