How much do you charge?

 

BUYERS

Free. For you, the buyer, my service is free. The seller pays me a commission for helping them sell a property.

 

SELLERS

It depends on the complexity of the sale, the sales price, and other factors, but typically between 6% and 8% of the sales price. Half of this percentage goes to covering the buyer's representation services. It's worth noting that the market has generally already accounted for this fee and is typically already built into your property's market value.

 

Buying cash, exchanging, or financing?

If you need help with financing, it will be my pleasure to guide you by answering questions, making recommendations, or getting you in contact with a financial institution that can help.

What happens if we don’t find the property I am looking for?

My main goal is to find solutions to your needs during this process. If this is not the case or your needs change along the way, we can go back and review them. But if, in the end, you choose not to continue with me, I'll be pleased to have provided you with my services and hope to have the same opportunity on another occasion.

 

Are you a full-time real estate agent?​

Yes. And it is worth noting that not all agents are. Some are in it for a quick and occasional side buck. Unfortunately, this often comes at the cost of quality service to their clients. As a full-time agent, I am constantly researching, studying, and practicing real estate, watching trends, and developing skills to the benefit of my clients.
